The Chicago Sky defeated the Connecticut Sun 78-66 on Sunday, and forward Angel Reese achieved her first triple-double of her career.
The Sky overcame an early 8-0 deficit to win just their third game of the season, and Reese finished with 11 points, 13 rebounds, and a career-high 11 assists. With 2:46 left in the fourth quarter, Reese recorded her tenth assist. She celebrated by running back down the floor with both hands raised, displaying her ten fingers. She claimed that someone had informed her that she only needed one more help to reach the double digits.
