In an audio tape released by Jay-Z’s lawyer Alex Spiro, the lady who had previously accused the rapper of raping her acknowledges that he did not physically harm her and that her lawyer encouraged her to fabricate the narrative. The tape was released by ABC News on Wednesday morning. It follows the withdrawal of Jane Doe’s case against Diddy and Jay. When she was only 13 years old, she had accused them of raping her following the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards.
