Thursday was a very memorable day for the former MVP Steph Curry, as he hit his 4,000th career triple in front of a crowd that was completely packed at Chase Center.

In spite of the fact that the Warriors easily trounced the Sacramento Kings by a score of 130-104, the 11-time All-Star did not have a particularly impressive performance. Within the span of thirty minutes of activity, Curry racked up eleven points on four of nine shooting, two rebounds, five assists, a steal, a block, and two triples.

“It was a weird night because we all knew I was two away,” Curry said after the win. “Made the first one in the first quarter off a transition, [Jonathan Kuminga] made a great pass. Sacramento was playing that gimmicky defense all game where they were literally face-guarding me, top-locking, and nothing was clean about it.”
