After what appeared to be an inspiring start for Tyrese Haliburton and his team, Haliburton was injured. The boisterous Oklahoma City crowd was a tad uneasy after he had drained three 3-pointers. When he took a stride back with his right foot to start a move against defender Shai Gilgeous-Alexander on the left wing, he appeared to be in charge once more.
However, Haliburton fell forward on his subsequent step, landing face down with his right leg failing him. The Pacers guard seemed to realize his night was finished right away, slamming the floor again and screaming, “No! No!” Gilgeous-Alexander leaned close to see how his opponent was doing, surrounded by colleagues.
