While dealing with the entrance of gangster Frank Lucas (Rome Flynn), Bumpy (Forest Whitaker) continues his brutal battle for control of Harlem against the Mafia factions of New York in Season 4 of Godfather of Harlem. Bumpy also has to deal with his daughter Elise’s (Antionette Crowe-Legacy) Black Panther affiliation following the tragic killing of Malcolm X (Jason Alan Carvell).
